Magic Bullet Blender Review – Is It Worth Buying?

magic-bullet-blender-reviewIn this Magic Bullet blender review I want to show you exactly what this thing can do and most especially if it’s worth your hard earned money.

There are so many mixed reviews of the Magic Bullet that I don’t even know what to think anymore. But just like everyone else that owns one, I have my opinion on this as seen on TV product that everyone seems to either love or hate.

Although they have come up with the Nutribullet, don’t get this mixed up with it’s more robust older sister, because this is not comparable.

Here is my personal review of the Magic Bullet and my suggestion on whether or not you should get yourself something as popular as this.

Product Review

The Magic Bullet is a product created by Nutribullet, which specializes in blenders and juicers that caters more to the healthy lifestyle crowd.

Call it a juicer or blender, I think the Magic Bullet is in a class of its own and it does the job but not to most people’s standards.

It is a “juicer” that costs a lot less than most and comes in the price of a regular blender.

Now whether or not it will live up to YOUR expectations is really dependent on you, as it does a very basic blending job and it won’t break everything down like one of those overpriced juicers would.

What I Liked

The price. Just like almost anything out there though, you do get what you pay for. Now for under $50, you can’t really complain.

If you’re just looking to break down a couple of fruits to make a nice little smoothie, then this can do the job just fine.

The Magic Bullet is super convenient and it is so small that you can store it anywhere on your kitchen counter without it taking up that much space.

For something so cheap, it’s like you almost get your money’s worth with all the little accessories that it comes with.

Although I don’t have all my guests over to act like the infomercial, it is there to take up space if need be.

Do remember that this does in two different sizes (regular and mini) so keep that in mind if you do decide to purchase one.

What I didn’t Like

There aren’t many things that I didn’t like about the Magic Bullet, mostly because of the fact that it is not going to cost you hundreds of dollars.

However, if there was one thing that irritated the crap out of me, it would have to be the little infomercial that came along with this.

I don’t know if any of you noticed this, but when they would hold down the Bullet and count to three, they would hold the three forever! Just talking about that is already irritating enough, so I’ll just let that be.

If you haven’t seen it, you can see it in the video below.

Along with that over exaggerated 3 seconds, it really doesn’t just take that long to blend anything, even if it’s just ice.

You would have to keep playing with it, until everything was chopped finely, if it even did chop it to your liking.

Try and head out the door without blending it enough and you can expect some chunks of ice and some not so finely grated fruit, which will get stuck in a straw.

What You Get (Regular Bullet)

Depending on where you get it will determine the price.

I have looked online and the cheapest place to buy one is on Amazon.com

Starting below at $47, but going as high as $60.

Not much of a difference, but I think we can all appreciate some savings.

Before You Buy

If you’re thinking of purchasing a Magic Bullet, you need to understand that you are not getting some type of sherd it all juicer.

It is good enough to slice and dice a quick smoothie, but it will not chop down stuff to what one of your pricer juicers would do.

What you see is what you get, so don’t expect anything more or anything less.

For the price, it is worth it, but you do get what you pay for.

Final Thoughts

I am not big on juicers, and this thing actually did the job I needed it to do. It makes delicious smoothies and it won’t break your bank.

For the price, it gives you more than you could ask for, but if you’re looking to get the most out of your fruits as far as juicing is concerned, you might want to try its sister, the Nutribullet.

Thanks for reading my review of the Magic Bullet and I hope this gives you a better picture of what it can really do and what it can’t do.

Have any experience with this? We’d like to hear it, so please do share it in the comments section below.

Cheers!
